Philip Troy for Chairman of U of M College Republicans

Dear University of Minnesota College Republicans,

I would like to endorse Philip Troy for the position of Chairman of the College Republicans at the University of Minnesota. In my experience with the College Republicans I became accustomed to seeing Phil working hard for the College Republicans and for republican candidates.

I first met Phil through the College Republicans. While I consider myself well involved in party politics I knew I could count on Phil as an oracle for events or opportunities I may be missing. He’s keyed into the pulse of the various ways College Republicans can have an impact and make a difference. His casual demeanor belies a tenacious workhorse for conservative/libertarian principles, ideology, and candidates. More than being reliable himself he brings others with him. It’s one thing to be a strong voice on a liberal college campus it’s another to convince and grow membership, Phil can accomplish that!

Pounding the pavement and working in the trenches. I would simply challenge you to ask republican candidates or office holders and see if they know Phil. This is the impact he’s had.

I humbly ask you to consider my endorsement and urge your vote for Philip Troy for Chairman of the University of Minnesota College Republicans.
